Offline Downloads Status Update

What is happening?

To make your streaming experience smoother and eliminate buffering, we recently updated our video delivery system. While this made online streaming much faster, it caused compatibility issues with the offline download tool for movies added before **June 1st**.

What are we doing to fix it?

We are actively running a converter on our servers to update all older films into the correct format required for offline downloads. This process is running **24/7**, and movies are being restored for download one by one.

What you can do:

• Stream Online: You can watch any movie immediately by tapping play to stream it online.
• Check Back Soon: If a download fails, it means that movie is still in the queue to be converted. Please try downloading it again in a day or two.
